Hey you wouldn't happen to be a Sagittarius would you? (or maybe you have a personal planet other than the sun in Sagittarius? hmmmmm - got my wheels a-turnin'!)

With the Apple Fast I'd say just do the apples and the water. Three days on the b&p's is just starting and I have a feeling the applefast should just be pure. Apples + Water. You can do the b&p's while eating normally afterwards and still get out lots of mucoid plaque, though! (or a 1974 penny like my boyfriend!! seriously)

I don't think you'll have a problem with the toilet while on this 3Day fast! Nope...everything should be normal.

I am totally with you on the Healing on all levels thing! yes! Glad to have you here!
