It seems that you are doing all the right things.

I would keep with the cleansing. It is what I did. Do not increase the dosage.
I recommended you to ask Andreas Moritz because I thought you cannot tolerate psyllium but if you can, at least in moderate doses, I think it is good. It is not meant to be used for ever, just during the cleansing.
Be patient.
Not all the bodies are the same.

Changing moods: I have experienced the same. During the cleansing for one week I was extremely emotional. I think it is part of the cleansing.

Do no take many other supplements. Some have an adverse effect loosening the mucoid plaque.
