Hi BJ! I think that's a great idea to cleanse before you start this new phase in your life! Absolutely. It'll clear the decks for the future! yup uh-huh.

SO...do you want 'highly dramatic'? Or just 'dramatic'?

Highly dramatic would be to go on The Master Cleanse Fast. This just means that you drink special lemonade all day long (no more expensive than just plain eating), warm water in between the lemonades and a herbal laxative tea at night ($3). To REALLY see results I would suggest adding Bentonite and psyllium shakes 3 or 4 times a day. This will scrub out your intestines and you'll see all sorts of weird mucoid plaque come out (flattens your tummy too!). The Bentonite is about $10 CDN and the psyllium is about $8 CDN - inexpensive! No salt water flush is needed if you do the B&P's...unless you don't have any bm's and you feel bloated - then you could do a salt water flush.

That is the Highly Dramatic cleanse!!

If you just want Dramatic....I'd do the B&P's while continuing to eat healthily (great food you're eating!)....and while drinking half your weight in ounces (150lbs = 75 oz of water daily)...this is TOTALLY important - otherwise you'll get constipated. Water is the key!

So! there ya go! My boyfriend did the 'Dramatic' cleanse and pooed out a 1974 penny that had been inside him since he was a child! nuts eh? Totally crazy. Boy did we kill ourselves laughing!

So...take your pick!
