That's great...will you post how your Apple Fast goes on either the Edgar Cayce or THIS forum (or both)?? I hope so! Both PTree and I sure did notice that our bodies did heavy detoxing on the 3Day apple fast we did. Our shoulders hurt and our heads felt achey. Remember to drink lots of pure water while on this fast, too.

You may even want to try a Liver Flush at the end of it! (my best Liver Flushes have been either after the Master-Cleanse or after my apple fast)

*oh and Simon, above, has been posting for quite a while now and we all know he drinks LOTS of water...just so you know we weren't neglecting that! Thanks for the input and I hope to see you around!*
