I know you are confused. Andreas cleansing are not with psyllium.

Olive oil; 3 tablespoon before bed, separated from shakes.

Before recommending anything else:

What do you want to do? How do you feel about cleansing? What is you body telling you? Are you bloated? Are you eating fruits? Are working? Are you exercising? Are you tired? How is you energy? How is your mood?

Note: I have been deciding about Antibiotics or not for my bladder infection. These are the questions I am asking myself.
