It's it shocking? I remember looking at the images of the Bowel Cleanse on this site and thinking how I'd love to get out stuff like that, but I bet I wouldn't because it just looks toooo impossible!! But lo'! I got out a whole ton of it...then the big stuff tapered to weird frond-like small stuff - from my small intestine? Soooo wild! And soooo good to get it outta there!

You know that you can continue with the b&p's after your fast is over, right? Just keep it up and keep drinking all that water. You're right...on all levels drinking lots and lots of water while cleansing is GREAT because it flushes toxins from your system faster as well as helps the psyllium and Bentonite do it's thing...as well as when drinking warm water first thing in the morning and throughout the day helps move the bowels! Excellent all in all!
