I HIGHLY recommend it!!!!
I wish I had started with them on day one instead of day 3. If you opt to do the B & P's, be sure to drink enough water so you don't get stopped up. I have really been drinking alot of water. I have had at least 120 oz. so far. I recommend drinking as much water as you can. Good luck and happy cleasing!
