Hi all
Please don't read this if you are easily grossed out.

I have been on The Master Cleanser for 5 days and started the B & P two days ago on my third day on the fast. I started out w/ one B & P Saturday night before I went to bed & then had 3 total on Sunday & have had 2 B & P's so far today. I have also been drinking tons of water. I am in shock! This AM after my first B & P and a ton of water, I had to go pee. Then I felt a BM coming but it was really solid for the first time on the fast. It was brown and rubbery and stringy looking. I wasn't sure if it was a "rope" of mucoid plaque or not.
I reread the info on this site and looked at the images of the mucoid plaque again but was still in disbelief that this was actually the dreaded stuff I want to get rid of....I guess I have been doubtful about it ...like it is some curezone urban myth or that mine is so encrusted in there from all the crap I have eaten in my life that it will never come out.

Then this afternoon, just now, I had to pee again and again felt the need to have a BM. Lo and behold, an even larger one came out. After looking at the images again of ropes I was sure that this is what I had expelled. I feellike I am getting rid of demons. And my energy level is way high.

If you are wanting to do a bowel cleanse, please know it really really really does work ! Well, I think it might have started so soon for me because I am on day 5 of the cleanse. Good luck to you all and happy cleansing!
