Thanks so much for your concern and advice. I've been this way as long as I can remember. I'm not sure what in my diet could be causing this, but I KNOW I don't drink as much water as I should. Last year I finally went to my docter after going almost three weeks without a bm, I was in such pain, it got to the point where I was throwing up because there was no where for anymore food to go. Anyway, he started me on fiber and stool softeners and I have been taking them ever since...haven't done much for me though. He told me that since I was short waisted my insides were all smooshed together and was causing me to become impacted. I think that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard, still makes me laugh today! I've done the over the counter enemas (fleet) without any results. I've just recently decided enough is enough and am trying to find a way to fix this on my own, which is what brought me here and I must say, I'm learning SO much!! Not that I understand it all yet, lol but I'm getting there.
