So, will it take longer for someone like me (who only has a bm every other week or so) vs someone who has one every day to remove all the gunk in my colon?? Also, will removing the gunk make me more regular? I'm a little afraid of the bp shake thing since I'm reading it makes so many constipated, that's the last thing I need.

Not sure what I should do.
