I used these products
The results I had are amazing!!

If you are constipated, it means you really have mucoid plaque. I was constipated and bloated at the beginning. it was really uncomfortable.
It happens because the herbs and the water loose the mucoid plaque.

What I did:
Be patient: My cleansing lasted 3 months.
Diet: do not it mucoid forming food: No dairy, or wheat.
Eat plenty of fruits, juices, herbal teas, salads, soups. I ate watermelon, pinneaple, apples, etc. A lot of fish but no beef.


Take enzymes: I ate pinneaple and papaya because those fruis are loaded with Bromelian, papain. You also can buy some enzymes: Lipasa, amilasa, pancreaqtin are exclent.
Organic apple juice: excellent.

When I was very constipated I took two capsules of cascara sagrada to get things moving.

Also, three tablespoons of olive oil at night.

Of course: drink water: warm water stimulates the liver and the digestion. Warm water with lemon is good.

When I was passing mucoid plaque I had several enemas. I passed long ropes and chunks. I could not believe how much mucoid plaque I had.

Please, do not get disappointed. It is a really good cleansing protocol.

Constipation is just showing you that you really need the cleansing because the colon has blockages.

Drink plenty of water. Also, follow very careful the instructions: Do not increase the doses suddenly because maybe you cannot tolerate them.

At the beginning I was taking just one shake. Later two shakes, The last part of the program I took 4 shakes each with 3 pill. But It is impossible to tolerate 4 shakes at the beginning because your colon is clogged.
