What a lovely posting! Thankyou. We often put ourselves and our body last at our demise. I will look at things differently from now on. Wake up and smell the roses. I started my cleansing today and I feel like I can succeed this time and not give up after a few days. Here goes. A new life and a new outlook. Cuddles and good health. Nan from Australia.
