My eczema is on my hands and since becoming pregnant with our second baby, the itching has been terrible and my hands are sore and cracking.

Does anyone have any ideas for non-invasive itch relief? I'm using Eucerian creme right now to control the dryness and cracking and taking prenatal vitamins. Thanks so much.
