So after all those colonics and fiber you still had bad constipation? I've been reading that the Bentonite seems to constipate a few people, so have put off trying it because I too have the same problem. Do you think it was actually the P&B shakes that helped to finally give you that release?
I've been taking Clarkia for about 10 days and keep expecting something to come out of me....but haven't seen anything happen yet. I'm just wondering what the best course to take is because there seems to be so many differing opinions here. Enemas, P&B shakes, or not, colonics...etc. :)
