How big are the pieces? Do they look like pieces of brown paint that have flaked off and fell in the toilet? If so, my guess is that it is mucous placque..

I'm on day.... 8 !!! So is my gf!! ;-)

After not having a BM for 2 days, I had one this morning, got a nice 4" rope.. So whatever you do, don't let your stomach fool ya!!!

I drank some tea that was suppose to be a "dieter's tea". It was actually not an appetite supprecent, but it was a "stool softener".. And so I took it, and it took about 2 days or so to get results, but I got them..
