I can relate also now. Almost every cycle there would be one day in the evening where I would feel that I had been hit by a bus, Kinda like coming down with a severe flu, then I remember it's that time. Then the joint aches, etc rest follow for the next 3 days in place of the "hit by a bus" feeling.

Since I started cleansing (2 MC, PC, 6 liver/GB flushes, blood and kidney cleanse), that "hit by a bus" feeling has gone, and my periods are almost invisible, I can last through the whole day (before I couldn't), then welcome my bed at bedtime.
