You know what? Since starting my bowel cleanse, I
no longer have pms! My breasts used to swell so much
they felt like watermelons. I wouldn't let my husband
come near me. If he hugged me, it hurt.

Now I don't get any swelling. In fact, I can't tell
when my period is coming.
