Janaki, Thankyou, that makes alot of sense. I have a retroverted uterus and have very painful periods and alot of bowel problems during menstruation. Recently I started Clarkia and Holistic Horizons cleanse program and had horrible cramping and severe constipation. I did an enema with absolutly no result. My period is now ending and the bm's have resumed.
Your post puts it all together!
