Hi, I've never posted before, but I've been reading for the past month or so...

I'm in a similar situation...

I've been doing the Dr. Schulze plan for about 2 1/2 weeks. One week of the pills only and then added the Bentonite "shakes" about 10 days ago.

5 times a day of the Bentonite is too much for me to schedule, so I'm usually doing 3-4 a day.

I've been having regular "movement"-- about 2-3 times a day, but no plaque yet.
I'm 26, relatively healthy (I was almost always "going" 1-2 times a day before I tried to cleanse), and think I eat OK.

Also-- I noticed my skin "breaking out" with some bumps on my forehead last week.
It was pretty minor, so I don't know if it was cleanse-related or what. They still haven't gone away yet.

Is this normal? Should I be cleansing more intensively? Everyone has some plaque, right? I should expect to pass something? Any idea on how long I should expect to wait???
