Why not up the b&p shakes to 3 a day for your last week of them, just to see if your last week can't be reeeally satisfying?

After that, if you still want to cleanse your bowel maybe try another cleanse - like you suggested. I'm just not sure if Holistic Horizons or Experience are in capsules??? Zule and Westy will know! Ask them.....
