I have been on P&B's for 3 weeks now with an 80% fruit and vegetable diet but so far nothing has been expelled except a small thin 4 inch rope a week ago.

I am getting tired of the B&P's twice a day and am considering going on a juice fast for one more week with B&P's then calling it quits.

My other option is doing the juice fast and then switching to another program that uses capsules rather than shakes because I don't want to continue the shakes for an additional month or longer.

Suggestions?
