I have bought mine in a health food store. In my town there is a store called Wild Oats, I think most health food stores have it

What I buy is a liquid and I take it in a glass of water and it a detox There is no taste to it. I take about one tablespoon in 8 oz of water just before I go to bed. They say to take it on an empty stomach I get good movements every morning
