I'm not following the diet, although i did fast during the first 10 days. Now i just eat regular, i had buffalo wings today :) my colon hates me i know. I saw critters on day 4 of the second set of 15 days, so...19 days into it. But before that i'm fairly certain there were a great many teeny worms but i didn't care to look closer. When i saw a 'wing' sticking out on day 19 i couldn't resist a looksie. I'm still on it, maybe day 23? Not so many wormies are appearing now...either they're hiding or the worst it over.
