Thanks for answering. I started with paraGONE yesterday at mid-day. I'd like to know, if one has to follow the suggested diet in the enclosed intruction sheet. How long will it takes before I can start seeing the critters leaving my body? Yuck!! Did you do the cleansing for the recommended 35 days?
