Would someone explain to me about eating pumpkin seeds? Do you hull them like sunflower seeds, or eat hull and all. I tried a sample of them and the lady told me to eat hull and all. Well...I chewed and chewed and never could get the hulls to the point where I thought it was safe to swallow. It was like I had chewed a toothpick until it was in little splinters about 1/4 inch long. Is that how they're supposed to be, and if so, is that safe?
