hmmm...just make sure she is drinking lots of water. you may wanna try prune juice or prune nectar and that should get her going.
i don't think the b&p shakes will help in constipation issue as they tend to do just that if you are prone to it!
but i don't see why not doing a shake a day with lots of water when things are moving again!

my daughter did the paragone (adult dose since she is adult size) and did quite well on it. it's a really good and easy product to take!
