Dear Ocean,

You mentioned about using the paragone tincture for sinus! That is interesting as I also have sinus problems! How do you do it? Do you use it at full strength or dilute it with water? Do you use like a dropper and put a few drops in your nose? What were the results? Has it helped? I'm willing to give it a go! Thank you.
