yes this happened to me too... the swollen spleen... no shingles for me..but I had some cysts pop up on my back!! yuck...

My body just needed some extra help detoxing.... i tried Epsom Salt baths.. as well as colonics and saunas.... that got enough stuff out that my body started to regulate more..and my spleen and liver went down...
