I have to agree with the post below. For example, two much vit C will cause diahrea (that's how you find your limit). Supplements are good when you have a known imbalance of something and are monitored by a health practitioner as too much of one thing will knock something else out.

Why not try Dr Shultz Superfood or an equivalent, which is just about everything you need in natural food form, your body will use only what it needs.
