For the past two weeks or so, I have also been doing the daily liver cleanse, (one spoonful of organic olive oil plus one organic lemon plus one cup of water put all in blender, then drink it first thing in morning). I remember years ago when going crazy on pineapple while in Puerto Rico, that I developed a mouthful of cold sores ( herpes one). Then I attriputed this as too much acid in my mouth. But this time it is herpes two, and it is moving all over my bottom end.
Should I continue with my plan as mentioned in the post above, or slow down??
