I never would have guessed a die off reaction. I suspected it wasn't the vitamins, as I take those regularly one day a week. I have MCS, and I react to alot of things most people don't, for ex. digestive enzymes, acidophilus, etc. I was so scared to take the full CoQ10 dose, I am trying smaller amounts one dose every few weeks to see how I do. I did have alot of diarrhea, but there was nothign in it yet. I will post if something happens.

Thanks for the tip, I would never have guessed that. These boards are so helpful.
