Hi Guys...
I just wanted to add that maybe the reaction could of been a die off thing as well.... Both my boyfriend and I have the same sort of die off reaction ..(panic,depression,confusion)

We just slow down..and make sure that we are eliminating well.. and that our liver and kidneys are being supported....

just another perspective! :)

But staring slow.. and finding your tolerance is very important too!!
