How many of you have tried this? The dose of 3000 mg sounds like alot, and I am scared to take it. Two weeks ago I took 600 mg and was fine. Today I took 1200 mg and I am waiting to see if there are any side effects. It really scares me to take so much, it is most of the bottle and the bottle says to only take one 60 mg capsule.

Does anyone have experience with it?
