I have completed 7 flushes and am now feeling wonderful compared to the last 2 1/2 years of suffering. I passed many stones,blobs and sand. Now I'm hoping to lose some weight that I have gained over the last 2 1/2 years. I'm riding a bike for 35 minutes everyday (a month now)and eating a healthy diet....but no weight lose yet.Any hints out there??? I've also been taking flaxseed oil.....it's supposed to help.
