It's incredible to think what it would take for these people to admit they were wrong. This is coming from a former Republican and someone who voted for George (the last republican I will ever vote for, and yes I'm extremely humiliated with myself) But at least I have the guts to admit I learned and was extremely wrong, and in my defense, Al Gore?
In my office, there was a couple of Bush supporters (all three are now unemployed) who used to come in here and try to argue for him. Interesting that in pure Republican hatred, one of them used to say that the problem is those lazy "spics and Niggers" are what's ruining the country because they are too lazy to work. Well, this guy does not come into the office to visit anymore because he's been Bush wacked (laid off) for over a year, he can't find a job. I wonder if this biggot has changed his tune yet.
I'm sure he'll pull out the typical Republican response, It's Clinton's fault and the reason the 90's were productive was because of Reagan. Funny, I remember in the early 80's standing in line for one job with 200 other people(people with master's degress and such) trying to get a job making 800.00 a month. In the 90's, I changed jobs five times,(going to the competition) each time getting a 50-100% raise and yearly raises. Since George, I have not gotten a raise and alot of my co-workers have been laid off. How blind can people be?
