Hold the copper bars on the face. If they tingle, ROLL them. Be very careful to keep the bars from touching each other. You can place the bars anywhere on the body. Just don't allow them to touch {and arch} or get too close together.
It works.
The herbs, enzymes and amino acids in addition are very important fo success.
