it looks like i got the big daddy out!!! i swear i felt it pass.
it's green with specs of black and other things and over a cm squared (good thing it's not square..heeheee! ouch!)

this early morning i was sick. later this morning i got my monthly...wow...what a greatly needed release! altho it felt awful it was an anticipated and greately needed flush!

don't get discouraged guys/galls and keep positive. i find that a positive mind set has a lot to do with releasing the stones.
