this is the 1st day Im on this forum as I write im getting my epsom ready for my 20th flush tonight BUT let me tell you that I smoked for the past 10 months and everytime I tried a flush NO STONES would come out. Before 10 month's ago I did 10 flushes with perfect results, so it goes to show you that SMOKING ON THE DAY OF YOUR FLUSH RESULTS IN NO STONES THE NEXT MORNING if you smoke and still get stones (no less than 100) I would be surprised. I FINALLY quit smoking 2 day's ago Wanting to but could'nt till now. And I know after this cleanse tonight I WILL get no less than 400 stones pea size and larger (not just chaft)so YES someone else is doing the cleanse Tonight.
