Do you know that in Traditional Chinese Medicine the liver 'open to the eyes'? Basically the liver rules the eyes...so in cleansing the liver (getting the qi flowing) the eyes brighten. I guess it means you just have to do Liver Flushing every 2 weeks until your eyes stay bright and all the liver qi stagnation is gone!
