My naturopath said this cleanse can be dangerous, and its safer to use herbs to more slowly dissolve the stones. He said that it has been shown that these stones are made of cholesterol; made up of olive oil; the ingredient used to do the cleanse in the first place; he said that it is believed that these stones that are passed in 'this kind' of flush are actually made by the people doing them, by the recipe itself.
