1st of all I've had ALOT of experiences with Liver Flushing If you want the best do the Epsom Salts 1st, you MUST drink it so at least you give it 2 hour's to relax the liver if you'r drinking you'r oil and lemon now wich would be at the top of the hour and you feel too horable in anyway you can cancel everthing by taking small gulps of Epsom Salts at ANTTIME even during or after the oil and lemon, dont gulp too much at once or you'll want to gag it back up.Then proceed to do it correctly tommoro.
