i went to a natropath, for allergies, he prescribed a liver flush. But his recipes was only olive oil(2tbs) and lemon juice (1tbs) taken every 15 min for 1 hr 45. no epsom salt. i have started, aslo, i drank a cup of coffee ib the afternoon and a glass of water i hr prior to starting will I regret this? any advice would be appreciated Bonnie
