I went through the liver cleanse last weekend, and I also had diarreah and thin stool for about 3 days. I am guessing the cleanse and fasting combined pushed all the solids out. It made me feel pretty awful that night and the next 2 days. Starting to feel a bit better but still very tired.
I hope to try it again in a month.
