The only problem with Epsom Salt is that 3 tbsp can be too much when you are pregnant, and can cause too strong diarrhea.
You can flush during pregnancy, but use less Epsom Salt - 1 teaspoon or up to 1 tbsp during the evening, and 1 teaspoon or up to 1 tbsp the next morning.
To easier eliminate, do at least one enema during the evening, and one or 2 enemas the next morning.
Taking supplements with magnesium, during preganancy, can be good for many mothers!
Raspberry leaf is natural source of magnesium, and is recognize as a great aid during pregnancy
