Thanks everyone. I'm inspired! Re not getting a lot of stones, this happened to me on my 9th flush and then I felt really unwell with return of symptoms for the month I left before the next flush. Then the 10th flush was my most amazing. I passed about 70 rocks - all like large marbles and I felt pretty bad afterwards for about two weeks. Aching liver area, aching stomach, headachey. I then waited about 6 weeks before I did the 11th which you know about. I am waiting to see if I am 'clean'. I have to say that I suspect that there is more there but it hasn't yet moved into a position where it is going to cause trouble or come out easily. It is wonderful though, after 11 flushes to be able to eat normally again though I do have to keep to much smaller meals. If I eat a large meal I get the symptoms back. Any explanations anybody? There has been one downside to getting back to eating everything again - when I was really ill I lost 3 stones (42 lb) and I am afraid 28lb has crept back on while I was simply enjoying life again. I have to say I eat very healthily I just started to add back the things that I couldn't tolerate when my liver was so congested. So now I am working on losing 14lb and then I will be the right weight for my height. But for all you out there who have doubts, fears and wonder about doing it I say you can't be feeling any worse than I did at the beginning. I was so ill I was petrified of doing the Liver Flush I really thought I would have a terrible reaction. I didn't and 9 months down the line I am just so very grateful that I found (or was led to) this wonderful site which is a means for us to help one another. Thank you a million times to the originators.
