Hi Tracey, I'm getting on average one BM for every meal that I eat, which is much improved from what it used to be, which was cronic constipation for the last 25 to 30 years. I'm one month into my program which includes another of there products that cleanses parasites, called "Clear", and like I said in my last post, it will probably take 6 months to complete, so far I'm satisfied with the results.
