I would try something like this...go with veggie juices for a few days and light eating, steamed veggies and brown rice. Then the morning leading up to the flush I would eat a wack of potatoes(Starch) to build up back pressure in the liver. You could even supplement with turmeric leading up to the flush to help build bile. Also during the days leading up to the flush, I would do a few more things in preperation for it. I would sip apple juice throughout each day so its malic acid content would help soften stones, I would indulge in hot/cold shower therapy especially targeting the liver region to improve microcirculation to that area(few times daily for max effect), I would administer castor oil packs each day (maybe more than once each day), and if you have access to a rebounder, use it daily along with skin brushing to help flush out your lymph to help create a void so there is a slight suctioning affect from the lymph. Then the day of the fast it would be veggie juices again and tons of water. Then follow the flush to a T. It would be very beneficial if you could time out the flush to coincide with a new moon as well. Also during the flush, let go of any expectations you may have for the flush and let nature take its course. Just relax and imagine breathing in through the top of your head(crown chakra) and placing your focus, gently on your heart region feeling as much love as you can (heart chakra). These things should make a difference for you.
As far as your bowel movements go, this can be related to lack of bile but also other things. You may have shocked your system by reintroducing wheat and other foods you haven't had for awhile. If so, this may be an indicator of sensitivities to these foods. This is called unmasking and when the problematic food is reintroduced it can really give you grief.
