Thank you both for your quick response. I did the epson salt and it does feel much better now. I've been massaging the area and I can feel that the pressure has been releaved. While I was pushing on the area, I heard a couple of gurgling sounds that was followed by more less pressure. Not sure if I really should have done that or not.

I've been putting off my flush since I have had only one other attack. Looks like a flush is now in order.
