Yes do what Lapis said to do. Put one tablespoon of Epsom Salts in a glass of water and drink it. (Get it from any drug store or grocery store.) It may say for external use only, ignore this.

If it does not work you can repeat the dose. I would let it work for half an hour and do it again if you are still in pain.
