I was just wondering if doing a liver cleanse does in fact improve digestion. I have IBS for about 2 years now, cant digest milk and some fatty foods without rushing for the toilet 2 hours later. Anyway I thought i'd ask you guys since you've actually done them. Have you found that your digestion has improved? Did it get worse? Im sort of worried that if i mess around with my body I'll make my IBS worse. Id love to hear peoples advice, experiences, etc.
